Learn how to minimize the effects of brain fog to improve your quality of life.
Have you noticed changes in your ability to recall, multi-task, organize and even find the right word in a conversation? These speed bumps in memory processing may be related to your cancer journey. Your diagnosis and treatment can leave you feeling like you are in a mental “fog.” Specialists call it “Chemo Brain” or “Brain Fog.” Nearly three of every four cancer patients experience it. Brain fog often lasts for months, and sometimes even years.
We believe brain fog affects your quality of life and our team wants to help. We offer these complimentary sessions to help minimize its effects.
This six-week class can help reshape your brain so that it functions at its highest capacity. Classes will be held at Cancer Partners of Nebraska (4101 Tiger Lily Rd).
