Clinical Medical Physicist

Cancer Partners of Nebraska is seeking a Board-Certified/Board Eligible Medical Physicist to join our growing Radiation Oncology department. This individual shares responsibilities with other members of the Physics Team to ensure that the overall clinical needs of the Radiation Oncology Department are being met. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team player are essential. Integrity and attention to detail are a must. This individual will work with the following equipment: Varian Edge, Varian Trilogy and Varian TrueBeam (install in 2023) accelerator, GE DiscoveryRT CT with respiratory motion management, Eclipse treatment planning, Aria R&V system, and MIM image management and contouring software.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)/Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

We are seeking an LPN/CMA that assists the physician and/or registered nurses to provide patient care in a clinic setting. This position performs routine activities required for efficient operation of the clinic and assures the efficient and effective functioning of clinic processes. You must be a graduate from an accredited LPN program or CMA program, with preference of one year of experience in a medical setting or LPN license in the state of Nebraska.

Pharmacist PRN

Cancer Partners of Nebraska is currently looking for a Pharmacy Professional PRN (as needed) to join our team. This position will provide pharmacy consulting services to patients regarding the effective usage of medications, awareness of drug interactions. They are responsible for ensuring the proper compounding, dispensation, review and verification of prescribed medications within regulatory guidelines, company policies and procedures. Applicants must have a current pharmacist license in Nebraska, as well as a Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.

Certified Professional Coder

Cancer Partners of Nebraska is seeking either a full or part-time Certified Professional Coder to join their team. This position is responsible for verifying and coding of clinic professional charges; reviewing medical records to assure specificity of diagnoses, procedures and appropriate/optimal reimbursement of hospital and/or professional charges. Conducts internal audits of coding regularly throughout the year for physicians and advanced practice practitioners. The candidates should have completion of a coding certificate program at an accredited facility (AAPC or AHIMA preferred). Candidates should also have two years of directly related experience in coding from patient records using ICD, CPT-4 and HCPCS coding systems.

Research Nurse Coordinator

Cancer Partners of Nebraska is seeking to add a Research Nurse Coordinator to their team. This position performs patient screening and enrollment, research patient coordination, data management and protocol compliance. Maintains a professional working relationship with physicians, clinic and hospital personnel, study participants and families. Research, Data Management or oncology experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
