4: Start your morning with deep breathing and stretching for 5-10 minutes
5: Try a new food
6: Take the stairs…all day…no elevators (if safe to do) or attend a Cancer Partners’ Healthy Steps class
7: Fruity Day! Fruit for snacks today!
8: Do something active with a friend or family member
9: Try a new meatless recipe
10: Start your day with breakfast- sitting for 5 minutes…not on the run
