Support and accountability are two essential components of behavior change and goal achievement. Sometimes it can be hard to find that right support person however now our smartphones can help keep us on track toward meeting our goals. Many applications for smartphones and tablets will count calories, sleep, water intake, and even take you through an exercise routine. Below is a short list of excellent apps and websites focused on health.
